The International Scientific Journal Monte (ISJM), offers waivers on publications that are submitted:
- from authors that are associated/work with partner institutions and organizations of the publishing house the “Institute for Scientific Research and Development”. Current Partners can be found in the following link: http://ekonomskiinstitut.com/al/marveshjet-e-bashkpunimit/
- from authors from low-income economies
- from authors from lower middle-income economies
- from authors with demonstrable needs.
For all of the abovementioned categories, the discount waiver is 30% of the publication fee (highest fee being 120 Euro)
